CHAMBER OVEN

Pharma Tehnik chamber ovens can be used for tempering heat treatment, sterilizing, stress relieving and drying. Standard range of temperature is from 20° C above ambient temperature to 225° C.

GRANULATED / POWDER DRYER OVEN

With our experience and knowledgment of heat transfer technologies combined with the knowledgment of CGMP, we build and manufacture of high quality granulate/powder dryer.

The tray dryer is designed for all kinds of granulated and powder, but it is specially suited for products require a gentle drying.

The Pharma Tehnik granulate / powder dryer is designed and made to be in accordance with CGMP in every detail.

The chamber is fully welded and no rivets or screws are used inside the chamber.

The material is stainless steel AISI 304 or 316 inside part are easily removable for cleaning and inspection purposes

The drying process of granulate is effected by a horizontal air flow, the unique construction of the chamber secure a uniform air distribution and minimal temperature difference inside the chamber, providing the most efficient drying.

Heating media can be electricity, steam or hot water.

Operating control is available by PLC and PID system
